The thin but strong pencil is perfect for sketching individual hairs for a fuller appearance. Retractable and has a spoolie hidden in the back end to style and room hair in the desired direction. A combination of unique waxes lends glide and adherence to the brows for long-wearing, smudge-resistant brow color. HOW TO APPLY Brush brows hairs with the spoolie. Use the pencil to sketch individual hairs and fill in any gaps for a natural look. For a more dramatic look, smudge the brow color through the entire brow, then comb with the spoolie to help blend. Finish the look with a final brush through with the spoolie.
